Study Abroad for French Majors

CU-Boulder offers French study abroad programs in France (Rennes, Paris, Toulouse, Annecy, Strasbourg), Canada (Chicoutimi), Belgium, Mali, Madagascar, Cameroon, Senegal and Switzerland.

On all CU programs, students receive CU “in residence” credit. For further information about study abroad programs, students may visit departmental advisors or the Office of International Education.

The Ayer Romance Language Scholarship is available for majors who plan to study abroad; it is awarded by the Department of French and Italian. In addition to scholarships available through the French & Italian Department, CU students may apply for the CU Study Abroad scholarship through the Office of International Education.
